Car dashboard Frustration Reliever?

Anyone remember a toy that could be placed on the top of the dashboard, facing forwards out of the windscreen. The toy could play the sounds of various weapons, eg. burst of machine-gun fire, fire a photon torpedo etc. and would be used when you were unhappy with another driver and wanted to (safely) vent your frustration at them. If you recall the toy, is it still available and where? Thanks.
