I have a question about hair removal cream?

i'm about to use it on my arms and legs (my legs are no questions asked, gonna do it) but in my arms, they are quite hairy beginning from my knuckles up to maybe like midway my biceps area, after that it's small hairs that are noticeable only if you look kind of close at it, from afar, you can't really see it. my question is, if i used the hair removal cream (veet) on that area, will it regrow like it was before? i'd really hate to have a part of my body that wasn't quite so hairy (unless you looked at it closely), now be hairy and its noticeable even if you're not close. You know what I mean?
