Lost all Followers after my Twitter Account got Suspended?

My Twitter Account has been suspended after i agressively added followers and one week suspencion was the punishment. Actually it took me more than a Month to get reinstated but now all my Followers and the People i followed have been gone? Why have i lost them all?
