My dog swallowed a toy?

I have a lab and she swallowed a squishy toy, its one of those things that you throw againts the wall and it sticks then kind of rolls down the wall. Its smaller than the palm of my had and soft, do you think she will just p it? Should I make her vomit? Any help please, shes already had one surgery and I really dont want to go through that again.
