My friend has changed what should i do?!?!?

I have a friend and she always usedto look down on herself like call herself fat, ugly, beastly etc. this is bc she has nvr had a bf b4 and everyone told her she is really pretty the way she is and now she has confidence thanks to us but i personally think she has too much confidence like now every time i say yea i like someone she says oh i bet he would go out with me b4 he wuld go out with you and she gloats alot.........what should i do?!?!?!?!
