Can I lose 70-80lbs by October 28th like this?? Please read and help!?

Wow, it seems like you're doing really good. Congratulations! You have completely changed your lifestyle! If you continue what your doing I see no reason why you wouldn't lose alot of the weight. It's an average of 4 pounds a week you want to lose. They say that 1-2 pounds of week is healthier though. I'm glad you're not taking any diet pills or things like that because as soon as you stop you will gain it all back and it's not good on your body. Since your eating habits sound good, you might want to try some interval training. That really works! I've been doing P90x for the last 2 months and have lost some weight, gained strength and muscle m, and lost inches! Good luck and stick with it!
