Do you ever feel the internet is making you stupid?

Maybe we are becoming stupid because we do not challenge or verify the stupid stuff on the iternet which pes for fact. I tried to grade a research paper done by a student on the real Robin Hood. Some of the material was the most incredibly inane stuff I've ever read about the guy. When I questioned the student about her source, she pointed to an internet site. THerein was a quote from Madonna about Kevin Costner's role in the Movie, Robin Hood. Enough said. - and I totally agree with your paragraph.
