I am a 37 year old female who is thinking about trying Accutane?

I have tried everything! I have a hard time taking medication, and I am petrified at what I might look like while taking this medicine! I have heard if you take a round, you will no longer get acne! My pimples are large and very painful, I am willing to try anything! Any input, positive or negative is welcome! Thanks in advance!
