I think i have a swollen gums?

on the bottom jaw right under my wisdom tooth on my top jaw.it feels squishy but does not hurt. i dont really have any problems with my wisdom teeth. i think the swelling just started in the past 3 days. i need help cuz i don want to go to the dentist cuz i dont like them. thanks
