Why am i so fat why!!!!?

Actually congratulations on doig everything you are doing BUT if you are not cutting out soda then you will NOT loose all the weight your body is capable of loosing. (I say this from experience Once I cut soda during the week and only allowed myself to drink a little on week-ends,I quickly lost 40 pounds. And withouth that much exercise only walking.However as soon as I started snacking again on coke and cheetos I quickly gaied it back!) I know its addictive but by any method try to cut down on it, slowly if you have to at first because if you go cold turkey it might give yo headaches and even mood swings.( I tryed switching to diet even though I dont like it but I dont want to get diabetes, after I got used to it regular soda tastes too sweet to me.Im now trying to drink tea or something diffrent so I can eventually switch to mostly water) Do drink as much water as possible. Safely of course if you drink too much at once your brain cells can swell up and you could die! I dont think its worth it putting your life at risk to try and loose weight fast.Dont get down on yourself as long as you really do your best to eat healthy and exercise Loosing weight slowly is better anyway. And you dont know if something is wrong with you medically that prevents you from loosing weight. Also say away from "juice" once in a while if you want some try drinkng 100% juice products. And DONT starve yorself youll only gain MORE weight! Try eating a lot of healthy meals throughout the day you NEED it if you do all those activities. I wish you wouldnt feel so down on yourself because If you are trying to be healthy then maybe you just have that type of body We are all different so its not your fault. Stay healthy and good luck!
