What should I get for my boyfriend for Christmas?

We're both 19 and we've been together for about 3 months. I'm just starting to brainstorm and I'm looking for good ideas. I want to do something that's more unique than just going out and getting him a watch or something but I also want to buy/make something that's sentimental yet useful. Ideas?
